Conclusion:

The global Covid 19 pandemic continued to create uncertainty and unprecedented operational challenges. The disruptions over the past two years have highlighted the resilience of the Diamour group and that of its stakeholders. These conditions have required meaningful changes to the manner in which business is conducted. The management team after review of the annual meeting agenda is of the opinion that its employees, vendors, customers, and partners fulfilled their responsibilities, conducted their business and tasks as per Diamour’ s supply chain policy, business standards, and were in compliance with all local, state, and national.

The management team is very optimistic about the future and remains committed to integrating environmental, social, and ethical governance into all policies that guide our business.

Conclusion:

2020 was a challenging year due the effects of the global Covid 19 pandemic. The management team has reviewed the agenda items and is of the opinion that its employees, vendors, customers, and stakeholders performed each of their functions admirably given the unprecedented circumstances through 2020.

Stakeholders conducted their business and tasks as per Diamour’ s supply chain policy, business standard, and were in compliance with all local, state, and national.
